These terms govern access to and use of the Inger Group website and the provision of advisory, introduction and related services by Inger Group Ltd. Use of the site, or instruction of our services, constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Inger Group is an independent advisory firm. We act as introducer and consultant only; we are not a bank, electronic money institution, payment service provider, broker, custodian or fiduciary, and we do not solicit, accept, hold or transmit client funds.
The decision to open, maintain or close any account, facility or relationship rests solely with the relevant financial institution, which applies its own onboarding, risk and compliance policies. We do not guarantee that any specific introduction will result in account approval or in the provision of any particular service.
You warrant that information and documentation provided to us is accurate, complete and not misleading, and that funds and activities to which our work relates are lawful in all relevant jurisdictions. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation with any due diligence or compliance requirements raised by us or by introduced institutions.
Fees, retainers and disbursements are agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are earned upon engagement and are non-refundable once work has begun.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential, save where disclosure is authorised by you, required to deliver agreed services, or compelled by law or regulatory authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually received by us in respect of that engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, reputational or loss-of-profit damages, nor for the acts, omissions or decisions of any third-party institution.

These terms and any engagement entered into with Inger Group are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts thereof, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
